Touch-Up Cleaning
A return visit to address agreed dust, fingerprints, and traffic marks after inspections or remaining trade activity.
Interior and exterior windows can be quoted when access and glass conditions are confirmed. Specialty floor treatments, heavy debris removal, and additional visits should be identified in the estimate before work begins.

We request a walkthrough at completion and address missed items within our agreed scope. We distinguish corrections from new work or re-soiling.
Schedule changes handled early
Please share schedule changes as early as possible. We will review crew availability and confirm any effect on timing or cost.
